Though the paradise island is supported by a skull, the underneath still feels tranquil, if very dark. The octopus is a lone creature with the exception of those 3 lone fish; and the light does cascade into the water, around the island. It's murky down there, and the bottom looks like the ruins of an ancient town or something...but it feels calm all the same. Above, a sky that looks like it's about to give out a major revelation. And birds, and a beautiful sailboat, and an island packed with trees and clouds (even on the island's bottom, they circle it like a protective guard.) That island looks like a mound, packed with something special. Another piece of beauty and mystery from you. The transformation of that mound into a skull works totally for me. Very inventive, and of an inward mood (the blue helps that).
