The retro-reflector tape, seen above, looks very bright because, all the light that comes from my camera's flash that hits that tape is reflected back towards the lens of my camera. We have to be aware that every night, explosives break down the rock that will be scooped the next day by that machine. During explosion, nobody should by underground, and anything that is not heavy enough and not well anchored (or taken away) are also blown away; anything uncovered becomes dirty.
