from one magical image to the next...as Mandi says, everything is integrated into a whole...so much stuff in this, and it's like a big fairy tale visual feast. I love the mushroom homes (going all the way back in the image), the almost stained-glass butterflies in spots, the lush purple flowers that cross most of the length of the image, the little elfin dolls in the front (lower right), smiling away in front of their tiny little home, the tree house (with leading steps), the curves of the piece, the flow, the purple tinges on that distant peak, and the purple tinges to the sky, giving a fairy tale feeling to it all...with birds, as you so often have, articulating the magic of the sky. Pure magic. And there's a bush---in front of the furthest mushroom (center): I luuuuv the luminous green of it. And the mushroom on the far left? With the emerald green on it? It looks like stained glass, real emerald, or a big Tiffany lampshade---gorgeous work Barb. Whoosh.
