Description
How to cook a frog -
Place frog in room temperature water in pot.
Slowly raise the temperature of the water in pot, bit by bit until boiling point.
Frog dead and cooked.
Eat frog.
Substitute "frog" for "populace" = Britain today.
Who's doing the eating? Pretty obvious to me.
