Description
Many years ago I lived in Mexico, and, when the end of my first October in Mexico came around, I was introduced to Día de los Muertos. It is a wonderful holiday celebrated in Mexico with all the panadería (bakeries) proudly displaying their sugar skulls and pan de muerto (bread of the dead) and families celebrating and honoring the lives of their deceased loved ones. Those who celebrate it believe that at midnight on October 31, the souls of all deceased children come down from heaven and reunite with their families on November 1, and the souls of deceased adults come visit on November 2.
Here we find a deceased soul performing a flamenco for us.
