The ship reminds me of those old Buster Crabbe Flash Gordon series of the 30's with the sparks coming out of the back of the ships.

I hope you're doing better too. And yes---this image really IS large! I love the wild costumes on the guys, and how one of them looks like he means business with a capital "B" (while the other has his head gear on). And I love the light and sheen on that ship, with that muted dark red veneer. Full size, the flow of light across it is beautiful. Fine job on this pulp sci fi image.
