I think the legendary Graveyard of Shoes must be in your neighborhood.

Btw, I can't get onto your most recent shot---the bagpiper: I won't let me enter. Something wrong with my cache, I think. (I really liked the shot, and the expression of the piper, plus the clarity on the drone pipes is fine. He's puffed up, but if you've ever played one of those things, you'd know why. If it's a Highland bagpipe---the most common, in popular conception---it's loud. And for some reason, the Scots, in their infinite wisdom, take a whole slew of these beasts, and play them together. It's stirring, yes, but if you have a dog within a mile, it'll be in Canada in a New York minute. You got really close to the player too---kudos. Musicians can be guarded...)
I don't know how you find all these shoes---I love starship's comment "the legendary Graveyard of Shoes must be in your neighborhood". Nope---you just have a keen eye for everyday things. Here, they're posing for you: They're lined up, in shot one; they're being lovey dovey, in shot two; and they're playing hard-to-get, in shot 3.Delightful group. And they look like moccasins too, only as boots. Delightful group,
