I can see why Lenord chose "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" for a response, because your enchanted woman here feels like a 40s hollywood spirit; and also like a fairytale spirit. (The video has Bette Midler singing it; but it was originally sung by the Andrews Sisters, as a big patriotic song, supporting the troops in WWII.) She has a little Shirley Temple in her too. I love how her head tilts, sweet touch, and a collar of feathers (!)---great choice---and that great fairy tale hair and rainbow eye liner. The background fireworks fit her perfectly, and you have a simple black and white moon and a turret. Simple and perfect, and a wonderful New Year's image. The glitter from her hands reminds me of seeing "Peter Pan" on television when we were young, and how I believed I could fly after seeing it every time. Really well done, Barb.
