I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

I'm sorry to hear you're having network issues! Can you use a home group?
Great image, altho I was surprised to learn Ar-kansas is an island. ;)
RodS
You'll be amazed at the things you learn here.... 😆🤔

things happen that take our time whether we like it or not. stellar scene and foxy warrioresses. I hope you can resolve your issues. I currently have two desktops and one has not been on for months. the other never gets turned off. I have been wanting a new desktop, but not able to find one specifically for use with Poser

Even if you miss images it don't hurt my feelings. U take care of yours needs and issues first my friend. Will be waiting next TNA wirk. I'm still in the ditch for ideas for mine.computers are a nightmare, but with your multitude of them I bet it makes you pull hair out. One reason I wear military cut boot camp style. Half bald anyway. See yoyr gals around the bend.enjoy the weekend my friend.

You have an RTX2080 Ti? I'm so jealous
Great background and lovely warriors, Rod! I hope you get your computers working like you want soon and ya feel better!
RodS
Yeah.... Trouble is it's not doing me much good at the moment.... Buuuut, there's always the 4.11 beta.. And I'm sure DAZ isn't going to sit on their hands.. They keep upgrading as technology continues to advance. And I'll be ready when the next release comes out.
starship64
Wonderful work here. I'm sorry to hear about your confuser problems, and I hope they get worked out soon.
RodS
They'll get worked out eventually.... I'll just have to get a bigger hammer....😁

Very cool scene RodS - I remember when using a compute was fun! I agree the setup can take all your time now - I only want one system for that reason. On a good note the beta versions from DAZ are usually stable enough - hope you see a big improvement in render speeds! Good Luck!

wow this is really well done, Rod, and thank you for the mention too (and believe me, it's to your benefit that you don't write meandering pieces as long as mine...you'd probably lose half your readership!) In addition to the many expert facets of your art, your writing is always right on the money, and paced perfectly, shaping each installment just right, and moving from the subject in one page to another in the next page, with total ease. You come up with an endless stream of stories, all strong characters, always suspenseful endings, and composed and pace just right. And I like the unwritten tale for this...waiting to be fleshed out...
In full zoom the detail on Electra is beautiful, esp considering a lot of it is on black (where it's harder to bring out detail). I confess ignorance of who she's ancestor to, though she does look like one of your current characters. (It brings to mind all kinds of possibilities, like having her visit her descendent as a 'spirit' to give guidance. Or she becomes her descendent's double, to mess up the enemy...) She's very imposing, strong, stylish and sexy. And I love how you melded her into this photo of Arkansas---with two warriors in the background (practicing? fighting?) It's so well composed. Really well done, Rod. And she looks like she could really be in that photo...
As for your computer issues, I thought I had it bad breaking in a new mac, I can't imagine what you do. I can't imagine working on more than one computer! No wonder you're losing a few marbles. (They'll show up...) I hope you get it sorted out, and thank you so much for leaving your comment when you've been under the weather and so tired from work (and for all you said, and for a piece as crazy as that--many thanks!). I hope things work out with your 4200 computers and drives, and your health. My father used to say, "you're not getting any younger, take more breaks..." (I don't.) Take care, and get better. And tell the computers to get in line. They should issue an upgrade the size of Cleveland that takes care of all upgrades for 20 years. You install it, and boom: That's it. It morphs with time. Ah well. Can't believe that's Arkansas. It looks like the banks of time...terrific job with this, Sir R!

Very nice work on this, love the integration and over all composition. Hope you're surviving the snow storm, it just started here in Oh.

Fabulous job!

Sorry to hear that your computer problems are getting in your way, good luck sorting them out.
I want her on my team when the grief starts. I will follow her and watch her rear, er, I mean PROTECT her rear...
goldie
Certainly does sound like you've been up to your eyeballs with computer problems...as for MS updates, I have decided to only update the Defender...not too certain that thing actually works though. My system works fine--if it's not broken, etc. Oops, almost forgot--really like your scene--nice looking gals and a great compositing job...

Fantastic image!

I guess 'warrior women' can be just as tuff as 'warrior men'!!! These gals look like they mean business!! Nice warrior scene Rod!! I like the background too!!

Excellent integration of scenes. I should do more of that some time. I hear you about the technological mayhem in the last few weeks.I too have had to move everything to a new temporary computer as my old one finally gave it all up. And I will do it all again in the spring when I I can get a new system. Then there are the other challenges like making Windows 7 screen mirror to a Roku stick Or Making PowerDVD screen mirror Blu ray movies to the same Roku stick. Or getting VLC to play my Blu rays properly.
And then I have to try and make this all function at work. Only then at the bidding of surly managers who do not care that the movie studios are behind their frustrations over copy protection. They're always one step ahead of me.
bakapo
these woman are awesome! they look strong and very capable in those poses. they fit perfectly into that great photo of the river bank/beach. your light and shadow work looks very natural.
sorry about the computer stuff... weren't computers supposed to make life easier?
Diemamker
I have to say this image looks great!... looks like someone is getting a spirited training lesson in the background. can't wait to hear more of this. have a good one.

Incredible scene, could be straight out of a movie.

Cool image!!!

Excellent
Radar_rad-dude
Trying or not, your episodes are fantastic as is all you art work! Fingers crossed for you to get everything working well together again! What a frustrating mess and then the evil microsoft idiots strike again. One of their stupid updates knocked out excel 2003 for me and for awhile I had to use my old computer with windows 7. But after a few more updates, I see excel is working again, knock on wood aka my dense head. See how long that lasts! LOL! Well hang in there buddy! I will try sending positive energies your way!
g1tip
Excellent work, my friend ! ! !

A sweet looking scene, and sorry to hear about these networking issues, it's a fact MS updates have to be treated like potentially dangerous software nowadays (i'm still on W7 by choice, but the last update I got about 2 years ago did actually break the update service/utility, with no option to repair Oo... None of the known tricks ever worked. One can wonder if they actually test their update packages before release lol).
