Description

After downloading loads of Photoshop brushes I wanted to get down and dirty and make something old. So I made this product. I wanted it to look like something that is around in a garage for years. After finishing the render I actually wanted to redo the fatty substance with the vertex modeler (with subdivision) because the metaballs are too, eh, round. Okay. That's what you may expect from balls anyway. After looking at the render I also realised that my bumpmap was inside out. Stupid. Still, this is a nice experiment in creating a believable image of an imaginairy product. Again showing the nice results of the GI renderer in Carrera2. The metal of the can is not what I intended (it seems to be some kind of OSX issue) but the Real World Metals by litst are VERY usefull.
