yeah, I went all out. Just brightening winter...
People, it's always a joy to come back here. I can't tell you how much I appreciate sitting in your galleries and sharing what I see. I look here everyday, but commenting is a whole different animal. It's just wonderful...
And your comments to me mean the world to me. And your reception. It's the best.
I posted a few things this time that I thought were awful...(hard to do when you're posting your best).
Thanks to the few of you who actually commented on them: I'll try to post better writing next time!
I wish you all the very best in health, with loved ones, your souls, your work and your lives in general.
I hope light is with you always.
See you next time!
Thanks for everything, people!
peace,
mark

Should he a poster for the wall. You deserve a heck of alot more comments then you receive my friend. You offer the most outstanding comments ever bro. All variations are eye pleasing, if I chose which I like best in this set would be the top one. Love how the yellow looks like lights in the building structure.

Yessir - this is a wonderful orgy of colors and form, and it really looks awesome! The City of Chicago should display this prominently in the Art Institute of Chicago.
I have to agree with Steve - your comments are so thoughtfully written, and you see things in our art that sometimes even we don't see - I know that's the case with me.. I always love it when I see "Anahata.c has commented on..." in my notifications.
Have a good break, buddy - you're missed when you're gone!

Beautiful Art Mark. The colors, compositions, and shapes are great. Thank you for all your thoughtful and in depth comments.

I agree with Rod 100%. I never took any hallucinogenic drugs, but I think this beautiful art would be how some might see the city

I echo all the above, mostly to save my fading fuzzy brain from going into overdrive. That could be catastrophic. As always you've done a yeoman's job with your colorful textured abstracts of Chicago and environs, but I have to preserve what I have left so my superlatives are presently in an idle mode.

Whoa, these are all so Cool! You make your Chicago city into a wonderland of color and textures that make the imagination soar! Seriously, you do deserve more comments, I'm sorry it's so quiet. I like all of these, but that top piece really speaks to me; it's more subdued coloring of rose, magenta, and violet with golden accents is just fabulous!
Take care, thanks for the awesome comments, hurry back, soon!

Magnificent! I think I like the top version best. There is an "other-worldly" feel to it that appeals to me at the moment. Take care and don't run yourself into the ground on this "break".

How playful, how changeable, how, unmatchable this versatility in your interpretation of Chicago, my friend. So many different suns, even here and there intoxicating, like a fisherman casting his rod. Not to catch fish, but the last rays of the sun. Everything calls: Chicago here I come (back again). Peace for and in your heart and soul, Mark.

I love all the variations on this winter theme, but the top image in this set is definitely my favorite as you can see the detail but in an alien sort of way
