Description

I prefer true Mexican food from within Mexico, but I have no plans on returning there. so I have learned places that does a reasonable job on making food similar to the "real enchilada". this place makes the best flour tortillas that I have ate outside of Mexico excluding a deceased friend that use to make them the way his mother did. heck, with his I needed no accessories to put on them "real enchilada" is slang meaning the real deal

Delicious! I see you have "Guacamole" and "Frijoles rojos" .(We like red beans but love black beans). ¿Have you ever eat "Pupusas"? They came from my country.

I am hungry also remembering the rush of flavors. Al Pastor is popular in Mexico but usually is goat meat. there is a large restaurant in Monterrey with the name Al Pastor
