Description
Through their willful ignorance and unbridled greed, the infectious blight called humans finally became extinct on planet earth. Unfortunately many other species fell into extinction due to man's follies; however, after many centuries, a new world order developed on planet Earth, one that was directed and governed by what humans considered "inferior" species.
Designated rulers of districts can only hold the title for 30 sun days. After which time a new ruler will be installed by popular vote. An individual of high moral character and wisdom are the primary requirements to run for and to hold this position. Here we see Tiny the Second, interim ruler of the once contaminated swamp of D.C., directing that, on the next Moon Day, a celebration will be held to give thanks for the clean air and water they have and protect. Also, that each celebrant will receive a lily pad wreath, and, of course, refreshments will be served.

I like the 30 day rule. Yay for clean air and water in the swamp. This little ruler is so much fun. He looks very capable sitting on that throne. And it's funny that he looks exactly like his fellow rulers... imagine that. :)
