My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Hi, Tara:))) I'm so glad to see YOu:)! Beautiful composition! I can identify at least one of the images, anyway, with the adiction that you did, you drew a fine image of a new tapestry for Mark:). The tones are so delicate---i love it a lot! I'm sure that Mark will enjoy it very much! Happy Birthday again Mark:)
** and i wish You and Bill a great Spring Season, Tara:)

Beautiful tribute.

My heart actually skipped a beat when I saw your notification in my email! 🤣
And what a delightfully perfect image to celebrate Mark's arrival at the Age of Enlightenment (I christened it that when I hit the big 7 - oh. The 'enlightenment' part still eludes me, but what the heck..). It's great to see something from you, dear Tara! It'll be good to see you and Bill when you get back in town!

Tara, this is gorgeous. And, with Rod, it's such a joy to see you here again. And Ana recognizes one of the pieces---and she saw a new tapestry here: So do I. I don't know everything you put in here, but you somehow turned it all into a big hanging drapery, with columns coming down, picking up on the verticals of the high rises and trees. You got a drapery feel...I love the fabric birds here, and the cactus---cactus? It's great that you have your work and something from Pat (though I don't know which is which, which is fine), and that strange other-worldly mix of tones and mysteries that you so often create in your inward montages, where we can see the images, but at the same time it looks like you're showing a glimpse into our innermost self. And I love that you included the Arpillera, which returns this piece back to a 2 dimensional world, mixing 2 and 3 dimensions---also something you do a lot in your montages. The birds, and something bottom-center, provide "stopping" points in the piece. It's beautiful and layered, and I love it. And your words are equally beautiful, and greatly appreciated, thank you so much. It's another tara melange of inward and outward journeys; and I appreciate it and your words and your thoughts greatly. Thanks so much tara, it's a wonderful gift. It said everything you wanted to say and more...

Here I see and detect the collaboration of a handful of 'MINDFUL FRIENDS', or call them 'KINDRED SPIRITS', who appear to have known each other for eons and have seen and experienced all this, by understanding each other well and their visions, namely: 'a world of art, as we know it here at Renderosity !'...
Isn't this such a rich tapestry of recognising each others efforts, to celebrate herewith another Birthday anniversary, of one of them ? I say YES !!!
[a nicer present I couldn't even think of and running late as usual, so what's new ?]
Let me just add: "Wishing you many happy returns, dear Mark" … and exactly what you are wishing for yourself ! much love and hugs coming your way, dear Tara and Mark from Brigitte, from Down-under 🤩

This is really cool. It looks like it was done with ink rollers and stencils. I'm quite impressed.
