I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Had a difficult choice in doing my dedi for our friend. Was thinking about using TNT but thought I'll dig out a photo and try and do something similar to his great photo manips.
The girls look simply marvelous here Rod. A dedi that will get any man's heart a pumping blood. Did mine.

First of all, one would have to go balls to the wall to beat what you have created here for a birthday dedication to Mark. What a fabulous composition extraordinaire! A stellar variety of colors, fonts, dames, and abstract shapes on display here. I know our talented Renaissance man Mark will be fully appreciative of this well deserved tour de force.

I never cease to be impressed by all the art and imagination you come up with. My best regards to Mark (my Internet is SO SLOW after my provider increased band width). Keep up the good work! :-)

When you told me you used one of my montages, I finally understood how you got so many variations. I honestly didn't recognize it except in parts---you did a great job with this, Rod! (I can't picture humans in my montages, because I think they'd be swallowed by the whacked out colors: But your '3 musketeers' look smashing in this setting!) Kinnie's 125? Really? Nice job---she must eat ginseng and I don't know what---I didn't look that good at 12! She looks like she's covered in frosting AND magic light---and you put an apo-like fractal behind her, which she seems to have created out of thin air: Beautiful, just as a Fae would. (That's a big cake, btw. That's a big freakin' cake, dude! She looks like she reaches down to maybe the top layer---that's one deep layer cake!) G4 and Ar look smashing as well: Your usual way with poses, outfits, suggestive and very revealing at the same time, with light on them, and their model-like stances. And all that in front of one of my all-craziness-broke-loose variations. You did a great job, Rod. I also love the light on Kinnie--it's theatrical lighting, ie, from below where she looks like she's in a big stage production. (Busby Berkley meets Rod S...all you need is a gigantic swimming pool, and you can call it Lullaby of TNA, or something...)
Thank you so much for your words, they mean the world to me. You're definitely an "I refuse to grow up" 70 year old, and it's an inspiration to me and a lot of other people. And I totally understand that, with retirement, you can suddenly be more busy than you've been all your life: There aren't enough days to do all that bubbles up inside of us. As for the Book of Mangoes, how did you and Kinnie ever remember that? I even forgot about it. (You pick up details in my work that amaze me...and you remember them too!) The 20 foot toilet I remember---I remember your great image, and thinking, "you're not far off!" I've gotten used to it---I get nose bleeds, but it's fun....Thank you for all you wrote; and making you laugh is a great joy; then watching you riff off of it is even greater. (I saw your Slivovica piece---laughed out loud. So THAT'S how you lost your hair. Yeah??? Mine came back and left a SECOND time, the drink was so bad. I'm glad someone else agrees with me about that s__t, 'cause I know some people who think it's just "another brandy". Riiiiiiiight. And I'm an NFL quarterback...I'll comment on that next...) Thanks for everything, Rod, I'm very grateful for all you give, and this was a terrific birthday gift, and I'm very flattered. And thanks to your ladies for putting up with that backdrop: They probably needed a tranquilizer when they were through. Thanks a million. It's a great dedi, I love it!
