Upon arrival at the Sith Enclave, Cipher Nine and Watcher Zed were directed by security to a waiting shuttle to take them to the stronghold of Darth Nox.  After a short flight, the shuttle touched down at its destination and the pair disembarked to find a young human female to greet them.

"Good morning, my lord and lady," the young woman addressed the duo, head bowed in respect, "I am Mayla and have been instructed to escort you to the Master for your meeting.  If you will follow me, please."

Walking behind Mayla, Cipher could not help but notice how brightly lit the corridors were.  Another thing catching his attention was the decor, unlike most Sith's habitats that contained garish statues and items exorting the power of its owner, the elegant simplicity of the layout gave one a sense of comfort and ease.  Their walk came to an abrupt halt when Mayla opened a door and said, "in here, please."

Stepping into the room, the pair were surprised by their surroundings, turning to young woman, Cipher spoke, "are you sure you've brought us to the correct place, Mayla?  This appears to be someone's bedroom."

"Yes, my lord.  This is where my Master instructed me to bring you," Mayla replied, "you are to wait here until my Master instructs otherwise."  Turning to leave, Mayla spoke again, "please, make yourselves comfortable."

As Cipher and Watcher stood there looking at each other, Cipher was the first to speak, "very unusual, this Darth Nox seems to be the non typical Sith.  Did you notice the lack of trophies and other furnishings most Sith adorn their lairs with to display their power?  And the almost cheerful lighting is a drastic departure from the gloomy ambiance that pervades most of their strongholds.  What do you make of this, Watcher, what information do you have on Nox?"

As the two moved toward the glass wall separating the bedroom from the balcony, they stopped and gazed out upon the view.  "Not much, I'm afraid,"  responded Watcher to her companion.  Then continuing, "Imperial Intelligence records indicate Darth Nox was appointed head of the Dark Council's Archeology and History department after the death of Darth Thanaton, by Darth Marr and others on the Council.  He is a complete enigma, except to the Dark Council themselves."

After a few moments, the pair heard the faint sound of a door being opened behind them.  Before either could turn about, a voice spoke out, "the first thing you will discover about the mysterious Darth Nox, is that he is a she..."
