sweet LA light, and this one has a slightly orange tint. Love the geometric lines suddenly broken up by that tectonic depression, that crater (well, to a pebble, it's the Grand Canyon). Love the stains on the cracks too, and the general soiling. A fine crop too...it makes the crater look like a real intrusion. I love these shots. They're so elemental, and they show how much activity can go on in a simple break in concrete...
