I'm just your boring average ex-account who wasted a lot of his youth playing fantasy RPGs (Role-Playing Games), specifically Dungeons & Dragons and Stormbringer/Elric, originally for outside Philadelphia PA who turned to computer graphics as an artistic outlet. I spent 30 years from the mid 80's to late 2012 living in Palm Beach County FL (North Palm Beach to be specific), working for not-for-profits in the social service and health care arena, but suffered a health crisis due to undiagnosed diabetes which had me in the hospital for 5 months, cost me part of my left foot, and has taken several years to recover from. I now live in Milford DE to be near family. My diabetes has left me with advanced renal disease, forced me to start dialysis, which I can fortunately do at home, but has me locked up for an hour four times a day (which allows me plenty of time to keep up on my gallery comments), but I still have a fair amount of independence and my health issues aren't nearly as bad or inconvenient as many others are. Most of my work is inspired by those fantasy RPG campaigns I wasted a lot of my youth on. I tend to post series of images with rather lengthy narratives that add up to short stories, or chapters in on-going tales. Thank you for your interest and attention!
Update:
Due to a very seriously broken ankle and shin I've been stuck in a wheelchair for over a year with an external fixator on my right leg, but I'm still managing to get by on my own.

Thanks for all your kind comments! I used eyes from VAMP Syndori, but added a reflection mat to give them a bright shine.

Well, that was an unexpected twist. Great story. Another lovely lady

Thanks for your kind comments! I'm trying to give my characters more depth by expanding their back stories without getting bogged down in long winded histories.

Ah, past sins cast long shadows...and unnecessarily held secrets can cause more harm than if the truth were told...
zaqxsw
Thank you for your kind comments! Yes, sometimes the secrets we keep to protect others do more harm.

Thanks again for all your kind comments! You'll just have to check out tomorrow's installment to find out.... Don't you just hate those "cliffhangers".

A despicable person but at least sharing the truth the mother and daughter finally seemed to form a stronger bond and forgiveness for their behavior towards each other.

That was some revelation ! Truly shocking for Keya to hear that after holding a grudge for her whole life ! And now it looks like Keya is not all sweet and has a darker side that even Mykal is frightened off. Interesting how bit by bit you are revealing them to us. I guess she will find that wretched sod who violated her mother and shamed her. That would be the end of him I think. Wonderful !

Thanks again for all your kind comments! As you said, I'm trying to "peal the onion" bit by bit, dropping new elements of the characters into narratives without doing a whole long biography (which would probably bore everyone).

Hmmmm I don't think it bodes well for her "father" now that she knows the truth

Very interesting turn of events, and I can see that this will lead us to another exiting bit of revengeful action! Great job!

Love her eyes!

Thank you for your kind comment! I actually added a reflection mat to her irises to give them an unearthly (i.e. elven) shine.

I feel bad for Keya, being ostracized is a heavy burden. Great story.

Thanks again for all your kind comments! Most of my "hero" type characters have some kind of trauma in their past their trying to overcome... why else would they go running about slaying monsters and risking their lives (other than to get rich).
