Description
This is for Rod (RodS)
Rod told us in his gallery today that he's ill, in bed, from several ailments...and I wanted to send my wishes for total healing and strength.
Those of you who know Rod and have followed his bursting, radiating presence (and art) here, know he's had a number of blows thrown his way before retirement, then during, then after. Maybe his illness is just some bugs flyin' around, showing no respect...but if I'd been through all he's been through, I'd be pretty knocked out myself.
Wherever those bugs come from, Rod, I wanna to send all my healing and strength to you, and hope you get back to health with total recovery. And let me add: I hope you FEEL better soon (like, tomorrow!), but I hope you rest as long as you need, and not jump outa bed and take on the world by thursday! Knowing your fiercely loyal fan-base, I'm sure everyone will be fine with however long you need. I can attest to the fact that you are loved here by all. (Check out the image w/ his announcement: If this is what he does when he's sick, lookout when he's healthy!) All healing to you, friend, and I hope for much better times ahead...you deserve them all! mark
(I'm getting treatments for my wrist, so I couldn't do as elaborate an image as I wanted; hope this 'nuclear' sunrise---an old image, messed-with---isn't too rough on the eyes! It's the thought that counts, right? I hope so!)

Wow! These beautiful, warm colors should help Rod feel better. The colors are bright and uplifting and cheerful. It's a wonderful healing image, especially with that fantastic reflection on the water. (You take care too, Mark!)

Pink, red and yellow brought to their ultimate beauty in this fine dedication to our friend Rod, currently rendered hors de combat with a variety of bug inflicted ailments. As you know, Mark, I can identify with his health related torments, so I really know his anguish in the latter years of existence. Get better soon, Rod!

At first I thought it was a Californian sunset, but on closer look it was a Chicago sunrise near North Ave Beach. These are awesome vibes for Rod and hope these help rid him of the health bugs.

Wow, Mark! This is so colorful and delightful, it could bring me out of a coma - if I was in one! But I'm not.... I can't afford one of the damn things! I'd want a designer coma, and those do not come cheap, my friend!
For the first time in about 4 days, I'm feeling like sitting in front of the magical image screen and enjoying your lovely work. Much, much better today, so I think I'm gonna live..
"Maybe his illness is just some bugs flyin' around, showing no respect" Yeah, those little buggers..... To quote that other Rodney, "I tell ya, I don't get no respect!" LOL But with the help of a few blue pills, white pills, red pills, lots of fluids, lots of layin' in bed (I watched the entire 6 Hobbit / LOTR movies in one day), until my back said "No more! Get your lazy arse outta bed and quit whining!" Not in those words, mind you... More like "I'm going to hurt you until you get up and walk around a little.."
Anyhoo… Thanks so much for the dedication, buddy! And you take care of that wrist, Mark! Keep doing what the therapist says, and get your own self back to 100%. After all, with what's coming, the T.N.A. Girls are going to need all their fans backing them up!

The sight is spectacular, Mark, but indeed, it is the thought that counts. And yet, the photo seems to want to send healing in all its glory; that, added to your intention, it will reach Rod's mind anyway with positive energy, plus extra courage as a result. Good luck with your wrist, Mark. And of course a speedy recovery wished for Rod.
