Description
I may have posted this already, but I wanted to post this capture also. I was thinking the paint was black, but there is red in the paint.
I was gone again today to visit the old lady and then this afternoon, I went back up to my attic for some more wiring. the attic wears me out and the heat does not help

What a great find Richard. It worries me though that you're in a confined space, breathing in God knows what! We're none of us getting any younger my friend! Watch how you go! That nice old lady needs you in one piece for the foreseeable future does she not?

My uncle had a 1946 Chevy Fleetline. I remember it as being a good, reliable car. It had a "Blue Flame" 6 cylinder engine, with splash pan lubrication. This meant that the upper parts of the engine were oiled by the pistons and crankshaft splashing the oil in the oil pan high enough to lubricate the top of the engine. It did not have force-feed lubrication with an oil pump.. Seems to have worked, though. We went everywhere in it.
