Big-Feet status: Every Big-Feet mutant is a slave of a non-mutant master; the slave has no property, but is the property of the master. The state protects the life and health of the slave, but this is it. The slave has to obey, and the master may punish his disobedient slaves as he sees fit. It is the custom that the master will provide everything useful and necessary for his slaves and he will provide a good environment for his obedient slaves, for them to be happy. Young slaves are encouraged to study up to high school, and as permitted by the master, get a university degree (except on some subjects like psychology and politics). Most slaves at Norcan are happy and are well dedicated workers. Some regulations on Big-Feet mutants: -No intimacy; total surveillance. He/she can be interrogated without warning, at any time. (My comment : it is like that, in 2019, in China.) -Any sexual activity must be approved by the master. -The master decides about the procreation plan. -Never look at the master's face. -Uniforms and/or essential accessories can be worn by slaves. -A higher-caste slave may become the representative of his master over the lower-caste slaves designated by that master. -Any Big-Feet mutant who leaves Norcan without approbation will be banned from Norcan forever. -Some primitive Big-Feet mutant may be accepted within Norcan if requested by a non-mutant and only after a throughout decontamination treatment. The Caste Collar of Big-Feet Mutants Every Big-Feet mutant citizen of Norcan must wear a permanent caste collar; he can face expulsion or prison if he tries to tamper with the collar or he uses a fake collar. The caste collar is a monitoring transponder that can transmit vital, positional and authorization information about the wearer of that collar. Doors opening or other type of access could be refused, to the wearer of a collar with insufficient authorization and caste-level. (My comment : it is almost already implemented on many people.) The caste collar is color coded for immediate visual recognition by anyone. -The color of the top part of the collar identifies the caste level of the collar's wearer. -The color of the bottom part of the collar identifies the contamination level of the collar's wearer. left-up illustration : The ankle cuff is a passive cumulated contamination monitor; it is required for every Big-Feet mutant.
