White : No contamination, meaning no risk of contaminating to any non-mutant by physical contact. A Big-Feet nurse with such collar can provide care to a non-mutant. Blue: Light contamination, meaning no risk of contaminating to any non-mutant if there is no physical contact, and very low risk of contamination if the non-mutant touches the wearer of such collar. Sych a big-Feet can work near non-mutants. Green: Medium contamination, meaning a low risk of contamination to a non-mutant who are nearby, without any physical contact. A big-Feet can work in the house or workplaces of non-mutants when they are not there. Yellow: High risk of contamination. A Big-Feet mutant should never be in any area where non-mutant can be present without a special protective suit. (That is the case for Mirabelle, and it was the case for Ionivka before she went through the decontamination therapy.) Orange: Extreme danger. The Big-Feet mutant should either be in restricted zones (special hospitals) or out of Norcan. Red: Extreme danger even for Big-Feet mutants; usually he would die within a year. Outfits worn by Big-Feet mutants should be color-coded in specific areas; that color should be compatible with the contamination level. The contamination level should be reevaluated twice a year by an entrusted doctor. Big-Feet mutants can occupy the same space if their contamination level does not differ more than one level, and may touch each other occasionally if the other Big-Feet have a level different as his own. Caste-Level Color Code The caste level represents the trust level that non-mutants have on the slave who is wearing such collar. White: Fully trustable. He can be their representative over other Big-Feet mutants, with full enforcing authority. A security guard, a department director, etc. Blue: Expert of his speciality. Ex. An engineer. Green: Recognized Hi-tech technical skill. Yellow: Recognized manual professional skill. Ex. a bus driver, an electrician. Green: Recognized trustful workers. Ex. a garbage collector, a sewage cleaner. Red: He/she can only work for other Big-Feet mutants. Pink: Child, no responsibility, or retarded. Brown: Banned, but may need help. Black: In prison. Mirabelle has a green-level caste (she can work as a hi-tech technician), but she is too contaminated and there was no hi-tech jobs available in contaminated area). Bertha and Celine are at the white-level caste : fully trusted by a non-mutant manager. Bertha is more contaminated than Celine, however. Ionivka has the pink-level caste (she is a child). Mirvine has a blue-level caste; she has trusted expertise by her master. MY COMMENTS My social comments about global identification technologies. I have imagined this caste-collar system in the 1990s (10 years before starting my second attempt to write my comic-style novel about Ionivka. This system was designed for dynamically enforcing the master's regulation on every Big-Feet mutant, and for the highly detailed and constant surveillance on them; they have absolutely no privacy, not even intimate; even the most minute action is recorded and automatically analyzed, followed by proper action if necessary, like an instant punishment for bad behavior. At that time, I never thought that such a system will be reality during my lifetime; I was wrong. In China, there is a system that does exactly that, but through other technological methods. It is almost fully implemented, in the UK. We will ALL be under the control of a similar system, within about 2 years from now : the dream technology for any emperor. Freedom will be dead; we will be controlled, like domesticated farm animals. On a farm, any animal that does not provide enough profit for his owner will be slaughtered for meat, leather and other animal by-products. For any person who does not ... I let your imagination do the work of filling in the blanks. As you can figure out, the Big-Feet mutants are people without power, like most of us. The elites are the non-mutants and the Fine-Eyes mutants. When I was creating my comic-style novel, Ionivka, I was inspired by the 1984 novel by Georges Orwell, but I was not knowing that this surveillance and control system based on artificial intelligence will become a reality ... that soon. Indeed, the system that I described in my novel, is much more "humane" than the social credit system of China. In 2019, there are so many technologies that are used for providing identification of people, for monitoring their activities and states, and for enabling their control, automatically at individual level. Among technologies used now (in 2019) are: -surveillance cameras with facial/gait/expression recognition -microphones with voice/speech/tone recognition -fingerprint reading/recognition -Infrared cameras for detecting fever, missing limbs, hidden pets, abnormal metabolism -millimeter-wave cameras for doing virtual body patting -various big data management -various artificial intelligence algorithms -inserted devices : RFID chips, vital signs monitoring -"smart" wearable devices : e-bracelets, e-belts -"smart" clothes -"smart" portable devices : most smartphones -"smart" home devices : ex. smart fridge, voice assistants, television, door bell -"smart" usage meter (electricity, gas, water) -"smart" cars -"smart" service-access card (bus, metro, train, theater, shows, etc.) ="smart" keys (house, car, office, etc.) -personal computers -fidelity cards -financial cards : credit cards, debit cards -ID cards : drivers license card, medicards, hospital ID cards, employee cards, passports These gadgets are so convenient; they simplify your life so much; it is automatic. They do the thinking for you; you just let go ... toward total obedience! The elites, after a very long indoctrination of the youth at school and in cinema, are succeeding in convincing the younger generation into preferring comfortable slavery in the absence of responsibility than the challenging freedom with the responsibilities that come with it. A generation who prefer to be sheep than to be foxes. Do you have an uneasy feeling that we are already obedient slaves? All these technologies are in use in China for controlling every citizen, in the individual level, AUTOMATICALLY; it is an integrated system known as the Social Credit System. Even being a friend with a "bad behaved" friend makes you lose points in your Social Credit System, each time that you are meeting or talking with that friend. Google, Facebook, Twitter and Amazon are secretly punishing individuals that they believe in misbehaving by reducing or even refusing access to their social network. Banks and credit cards are already blocking account access from "misbehaved" or "bad thinking" customers The elites are knowing you better than you know yourself. If the elites are not liking your thought or your behavior, they can block access to electricity, money, food, houses, hospital, water, toilets, even your friends or anybody : in total isolation ... automatically. The only permitted access would be to prison. They can do it now in some cities. Knowing that; how do you feel? This is not fiction, this is not a bad dream; welcome to the Orwellian New World Order! Indeed, variants of the Social Credit System are already been implemented in many countries. Within about 2 years; we will all be under a global surveillance and automatic global enforcement.
