Hello! My name is Teri and I've been around for over 69 years in various forms. I am happily married (51 years!), have two daughters and four grandchildren.
I discovered Poser 2 many years ago but didn't do much with it. In 2006 I found a copy of Poser 4 and got interested again. I was working in Poser 10 before I switched to Daz Studio in late 2017. I'm gradually getting the hang of most of it.
When not playing on the computer, I help my husband with his start-up Bio Tech business, refinish furniture, knit, crochet, and read. We grab our grandchildren every chance we get and delight in their antics.
Discovering this community has been a great source of fun and support in trying times.I am amazed at the level of talent I see in both the gallery and the products that are offered. It baffles me how little points on a screen can turn into people or trees and move. I'll always be blond I guess!
Thanks for looking.

A glass should cheer him up - and why bother with fishing when she is there?

I've been doing phys. therapies on my arm and wrist and so haven't commented more than here and there, but I wanted to stop by comment during one of the periods where it's fine to type. I love this image, the clouds are spectacular, and if this is what a coming storm looks like, it's gorgeous. And Colin and Darnissa are beautifully joined (even though he's not totally happy at this moment, as you say), and I love the fabric behind them (on the railing) and the combo of his shirt with her scant outfit, and his red hair and beard contrasted with her black hair. A really striking and beautiful visual, Teri. Also, I read all your trip entries, and it sounded like the kind of intense trip that was very full and yet over way too soon, because being plopped down in a place as intense as Ireland, and then coming back home is like being plopped down in another world and then coming back home. I've heard about those thatched houses. And I loved the variety of shots, incl the Burrens (which look like a moonscape), and that Liz was an Episcopal priest, etc. (The R. Catholic church has something to learn from that!) And all the other details you shared. It's great that you got to do that, I've heard that Ireland is an amazing place. I hope your summer is terrific for all of you, and that you didn't have too much jet lag. I'll be back for more soon. (This is a beautiful upload.)

I'm thinking he's not having such a bad day. No work, has wine and lovely companion, yeah, sounds like a perfect day.

Beautiful background. I like that you place the couple off to the side so show it off. Wine, a loving partner, and a view like that... he should smile, even if he wanted to fish.

I think the fish can wait....
Wonderful scene, Teri!

very enticing scene and the fish can wait

Beautifully posed. She is a sweetheart. But just because he could not fish, he hit the bottle ? That is not an emotionally stable man.... Nice use of the fishing hut prop and that background with the storm matches the story. I am trying to dust off some old props I had bought a long time ago too for the next render....

Very nice scene and wonderful background!!!

Excellent composition with absolutely breathtaking scenic background. Coilin does look a bit like Chris Helmsworth, doesn't he? :)
I notice the gal's wearing very little but the guy's fully dressed. Looks like he's going to 'disappoint' her. :( :P
