Natural motion blur isn't easy to deal with, and often it's used for cheap effect. But the few times you use it, it always speaks eloquently. I love the blur of the foreground, how those cars are all about propulsion and forward motion. They still have lights on (early a.m., as you say), and it's great that the other side is much more bare: This is definitely a rush hour shot! We can see bits of pink in the background, and the colors here are quite sweet. (lots of reds, dark purples, etc.)
