My windshield is almost as bad. Bummer for this motorist.

That's one heckuva broken windshield! I hope the motorist came out unscathed.

Fascinating patterns, and the variations are quite interesting.

Love the top shot, with its layers of glass (I assume a windshield), and those amazing and complex shatter lines. The outer glass is doused in light; and we see the glass 'powder' on all the sides. You really captured an explosion---those lines trace the energies of the impact beautifully.

Then number 2 seems slightly darker, w/ a bit more yellow, and more contrasts between edges and surfaces. A more "contemplative" shot. And that leads to what looks like an electron microscope shot, with those strange bokeh'd shapes, and the feeling that we're peering into an object at a very microscopic level. Black and white is the right choice for that.

A fine closely integrated 3-some, with fine detail on the many shards and their energy lines. A fine set of variations.....Harry, I'm at an hour and 20 minutes in your gallery, and once more I must move on. I'll be back in a few days. I hope you're doing well, and I hope it's not been too hot. (We've had the coldest June on record. It was in the 50s last week!) Always a pleasure to be here, Harry. All my best to you and your health!
