I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

I would call this a grand slam and out of the park hit Rod. AR is looking sweet in that outfit. Love statue of liberty look and screen gems productions films. Great cast in this film.
As always thrilled to see your great work in between the T.N.A. series.
Radar_rad-dude
Totally fantastic work, Rod! My hat is off to you! This is most spectacular work! Bravo and many many fine kudos!!!!!

Great work, she looks great like that... I can't wait for of the story!

Yup, that is what immediately came to mind, Rod. Looks like that Colombia pictures logo. I love how you painted the bottom of her dress with all those folds perfectly and also match overall color and shadow.... That is a skill I do not have. Simply wonderful work on it Rod ! And the poster looks amazing ! I would go and see the movie if I saw that poster :). Ar looking very beautiful and poised.

I think Columbia would appreciate the update. Nicely done.

It is a fine movie poster, Tin Cup Productions went all out on this one.

LOL! This looks great!

(I promised I'd write at least one reasonably short comment here, but that's not gonna happen. Your uploads are too seldom...they've become an event.) I love this! And you painted the lower drapery? And you call it a "challenge"? Duuuude---it's impossible---you did a great job here! (Here, look at this: You think this is easy? I've imitated this 1000 times, and my drapery looked like someone just vomited...here's Da Vinci: https://www.leonardoda-vinci.org/Drapery-For-A-Seated-Figure.html)
Great job on this. I love what you're doing while you're still completing your next installment. Love Ar as Columbia: She's perfect. And she really looks like she's posing,, i love her stare, how hard she's working to become this goddess, it's perfect. And I love the gown, the beacon, your clouds, her goddess-like stance...perfect! (Boring fact: "Columbia" was chosen as the 'goddess of america" in the 1700s, named after Christopher "Columbus". Columbia Pictures used at least 2 models for their famous logo. And i don't know why they put her on a pedestal, but it sure made their logo seem important.)
Finally, I read all the fine print (this is a Rod upload: we gotta read the fine print): Dude---you have quite a roster! (I didn't remember "Bungdit Upp," but it sounds like one of your names lol.) Terrific. And i can't believe you painted that gown. You gotta post some 2D here...Love this upload. Great job!

It's really a gorgeous poster, wonderful work !

I had all kinds of things to say but anahata co-opted me entirely !! :-/ lol
I do echo the astounding paint work. Remarkable, just remarkable. And I'll thank anahata for leaving me one adjective to include: phenomenal. :-)

This movie poster is just WOW! I couldn't tell you had to paint the bottom of the dress. Awesome fix there.
Ar is so goddess-like, I'm beginning to rethink my unshakeable infatuation with G4.
Can't wait for the V-Soth to find out the hard way that Earth Girls ain't easy (especially where Trish, Kinnie, Tenacious, and Tempestt are concerned)!

Excellent work, Rod! Superb job on the dress painting, if you hadn’t revealed this fact I never would have known there as some brush magic going on. I love the credits! Most importantly though, the overall composition and idea is hilarious - thank you for sharing this with us :-)

Fabulous!

Magnificent! Ar looks gorgeous in that gown. I love your bright ideas.

Simply wonderful poster...super idea, Rod. Like the color of her dress...you did an excellent painting job--folds look very natural and convincing [next time you should have the dress collide with the pedestal/floor :) ]

LOL I tried colliding the dress with the pedestal (they're just Poser primitive boxes with some texture added), but the dress ballooned out and covered all 4 boxes (more or less), and the result was rather hilarious - but not quite what I had in mind! 😆

The folds of her gown are amazing... well done, well done! The clouds frame her nicely and give her a dramatic and strong background. She looks fabulous with that torch, I think she found another job.

I knew who it was as soon as I opened the image! Well done!
Faemike55
Outstanding work there, Sir Rod. She looks fabulous and of course, sexy standing there. People would think that she's too cute and sweet, not realizing that the torch she's holding is, in actuality, one of her modified Light Sabers / 9mm pistol with a 50 round magazine.

Wonderful!

OK, that's a fine tribute and a nicely painted fix at the bottom of her dress. Sometimes post-work is the fastest way...
pixeluna
Fantastic work on the painted bottom hem, Big Bro! That's not an easy thing to achieve but you did an effortless work on it. Also a very nice tribute to the characters and vendors on the bottom. Big hugs!
AureliusdeMercoeur
An excellent poster with a nice Columbia Girl ! The gown's bottom is nicely painted and this cloud is awesome ! Great work !
goodoleboy
The Columbia torch holder has come along way since her inception. Other than that, just about what everyone said above in re this fabulous creation.
