a dual-world image...above and below. I love the mermaid in her in-between pose, her body molding to the flows of the water, and great light from below. You have all kinds of fish here too (in schools), and you've morphed the sea plants to flow with the water. Above, a serene calm lake and beautiful sky (cirrus clouds!), and everything is in balance. The hues underwater are luminous...Beautiful evocation of the over and under of an enchanted world: Your mermaid and sea series (of late) has been beautiful, and given that we finally got summer here---high 80s/low 90s, and humidity---I want to jump into these scenes and stay there for a while...
