Description

(I wanted to work on this more, but I also wanted to post it, so here it is...I hope it captures my title at least halfway) (very big---sorry, I can't seem to work small these days!) Recently, Steve (eekdog) announced more distressing news w/ his landlord, his mom (she had a stroke), his car, job, and with his adopted cat. Lots on his plate, so I wanted to send my deepest wishes to one of our kindest members. First, I wish him all the best with his job, his terrible living situation (his landlord---I hope the guy calms down and starts embracing his old friend once more!), his car problems, and his mom---may she heal completely! Steve really cares about his family: I wish her all the best. Further...anyone who's rescued animals knows how vulnerable they are, and how easily they're buffeted by cruel humans and uncaring nature. Rescuers know the special 'call' of nurturing an animal back to health, and Steve did that with Tig er, his cat; and now Steve's landlord wants the cat 'out'; and it's never easy to get rescue agencies to take them---as they're overwhelmed as it is. (You can't believe how many pets have been abandoned---it's staggering---after terrible cruelty from their owners.) So I send all my wishes to Steve and his beautiful cat---who just had kittens!---in the hope that she'll be able to stay with Steve, and be healthy and happy, and safe. All the best to you, Steve. You've given a lot of love here (and you've got more talent than you imagine!); and, as I always say, may all that you've given come back to you tenfold, and may you come out of it with peace and love. Lots of light to you, your mom, your cat, and everything else, with all kinds of blessings and peace, mark --------- friends, I've reached a "burn-out", from writing, music and art, and I'm gonna need a week or two to replenish. I feel I'm starting to do the same thing over and over; my art-manipulations are from older images, because I can't seem to create a 'new' one. And my words are running dry too. (And my arm needs rest, as I just had phys therapy.) So I'll be offline for a week or two. I'll be watching---I always do---but I'll return to posting and commenting probably by August. Thanks for everything, people---you're all grand! And peace and glowing health to all! -------------------

Great, thoughtful and heartfelt dedication for our dear Steve, who has a lot to endure these last months, I know exactly how he's feeling, it's normal to get depressions, aso., my wish for him is that he finds quickly back all his humour and self-confidence again and that everything will be fine again, morally and financially: "Money does not make a person happy, but it calms him down." :thumbs_up_reverse: 💞

A wonderful image for our dear Steve. I hope things do get better for him. I wish he could relax, find some peace and have a good life. He deserves happiness. This is a nice image. The blues are cool and calm. The reflection looks good, You made it all so beautiful.

Take care, Mark, be gentle with yourself and be well.

Love that cool refection you've done on this Mark.

Thank you my friend for this awesome image, but more so your kind words and the harsh reality of this world. I want to call SPCA on this, doubt they could do anything, but this TV stations call for action runs stories on some cases like I have. Not sure if they will send a news crew to ask him why I'll be evicted if I don't put my lil Tig er down.

If they did he would be featured on the news, it would be a huge embarrassing moment for him.

Thanks bro. I'm so happy I have lots of great friends here. Thank you all. Steve

A wonderful and heartfelt image and dedication, Mark! If anybody deserves some light in their life, it's definitely Steve! He's paid far more than his dues the last few years. It's way, way past time for some good things to come his way. He's one of the kindest and most supportive folks here, and he deserves that good karma coming back his way tenfold. Steve was one of the first to welcome me here at Rendo 10 years ago. May the sun and your wonderful light shine down on him from now on.

You're the best, Mark!

I am impressed by how you sympathize with others, dear friend. You are, as everyone can wish for a friend, your words, your involvement. Actually no wonder you get a burnout. Of course you also know that you need to think more about yourself, but then there is that drive of always wanting to improve things for the other.

You send light, and then your images are always a great example, just as you yourself are, or want to be, a great example in a certain sense. But now, rest, dear friend, and feel no obligations, nothing should, at least that's how I'm learning. (haha, if I'll succeed, I don't know ;-))
