As far as real life goes, I want to be optimistic. It's challenging though.

Story-wise, Pandora's Box was already opened a decade ago when the Mels came. There will be a lot of clear-headed, rational voices. And there will be xenophobes like Monique Turner (more on her soon enough). And there may be nut jobs. Humans tend to be their own worse enemy.
