Description

Vue 4.1. No postwork (only contrast and RGB correction with XnView) This picture was inspired by a painting of Gilles Esnault, a french painter and musician. We started with the same photo. He made an oil on canvas that you can admire at http://www.gillesesnault.com/htmlpeinture/chaisedechypre.htm Don't forget to visit his site. His work is incredibly good... It took me more than 56 hours to render this pic in broadcast mode on my old PC. 5.000.000 polys and 30 lights...

Pmermino, youve REALLY made it... Funny thing is, I missed this Image here at renderosity, the place where I first saw it, was E-ons Website and it was THE FIRST image they have shown when I opened the gallery and it took me some time to believe it was made with vue dEsprit. Now I read, you didnt even use Postwork!!!! WOW! And Ive just seen your 5 steps "making of...". BRILLIANT!!!! Even if renderosity.com thinks something else... For this image youll always be my Artist of the year 2002. Your admiring Stefan
