Description

(Hoping this pic doesn't come up sideways. If it does I'm deleting it and repost tomorrow when I'm in a better mood.) Feeling like a fish out of water at this networking event. I don't know why I can't keep a conversation going for longer than five minutes. I call myself trying to get advice on changing careers, and I guess looking to make friends. This introversion/emotional baggage is holding me back. I probably wouldn't have had these concerns 10-20 years ago when I was less inhibited. Maybe. I don't know if I'll ever get over this hurdle.

Nice art for the wall, I must say! Cool shot, Wes!

Sometimes it's tough to mix in with a bunch of folks you don't know.. I used to be painfully introverted way back when.. Sometimes you just have to force those feelings to the basement, and go for it.
