Description
I don't know if, Cora really realizes, that her son Helios lays in front of her half a meter below, but it sure broke my heart seeing this scene and I thought by my self:"parents shouldn't be standing at the grave of their children, never ever!"
Taking this picture stired me up and made me cry again. I'm not over it yet, not a wee bit! Helios I miss you sooo bad!

My God, this picture is very touching. Helios' mother is beautiful, no wonder Helios was so handsome. Animals smell things that we do not perceive and cats are particularly sensitive. The cat, although domesticated for thousands of years, is still mysterious

I think they realize a lot more than we give them credit for. Cats, dogs, horses, it makes no difference Animals are living entities, and part of the cosmic awareness just like us. They have the same emotions as us.
A very moving and sadly beautiful photo my friend. My sincerest condolences in the loss of your loving family member.

I could just imagine how you felt. I also have my own pet and it's heartbreaking to even think of losing him. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings. We're just humans after all.

So sorry for your loss. It is so hard to lose our fur babies. I lost my Fluffy in January of 2019, she was 18 & I adopted her & her brother Tiger when they were 4 months old. Tiger crossed the bridge in 2014.
