Description

For Hendrik "Pugs" Pugsley, Mekaniks Clan Third Degree Fixer, it was only a matter of time before he was detained by the Sovereign, accused of possessing forbidden technology, and sentenced to a slow and painful death for his 'crime' against the Empire. Strapped to a Sovereign crux decussata with no chance of rescue, his hope diminished with each passing day. Fading in and out of consciousness, Pugs was visited by visions of his Clan Father, brother, and ancestors, as he began to slip into the next world. Then, through the fog of pain, the blurred outlines of a Sovereign Lord and Lady appeared before him. At first, Pugs thought it was just another hallucination. But, as they spoke to him, freed him from the Sovereign crux, and carried him to their airship, Pugs realized this was no dream. His salvation came at the hands of the very people who sentenced him to die. But, these two were not like other Sovereign. No, Polonius Neathergarden and Lady Penelope Genevieve Philpott-Neathergarden were unlike anyone Pugs had ever met. #Steampunk #theairshipandalusia
