Oh my, this looks like the photo Mark took of a sunset/sunrise over Lake Michigan on the outskirts of Chicago, kind of like the three parts he currently posted on his birthday card to me. You have presented us here with a gorgeous image taken of the bare multi branched tree in your yard, silhouetted against the beautiful Danish sky, snapped either at sunset or sunrise. A great posting to invite the year 2020 to us all. Happy New Year to you and yours, Helle.

zowie! A blast of light and color with a beautiful inward blue sky above, and that beautiful bare tree acting as a filter for all that radiant light. A gorgeous sunset shot, Helle, so much so that one wishes the sun would just sit there for a few days so people can appreciate it for more than a few minutes. (I always get furious when the sun doesn't "sit still" after a great sunrise or sunset. Lotta nerve...) I gotta tell you: When you posted this, the ebot said it was appr 10 in the morning, my time, and I thought: "Ok. DK has gone off the deep end. The sun is setting at 10 in the morning and we're in BIG trouble!" Then I realized: You're 7 hours later. So it was setting at 5 in the afternoon, your time (or 17:00---I don't know which time system you guys use). I was relieved. We'll survive another day...
Beautiful shot Helle, and a great happy new year to you, Per, all your children and grandchildren and spouses and siblings and so on, and I hope 2020 brings a whole lot more ease, health and inspiration to you and your family.
