Beautiful scene! I love how the trees form an arch around the "Friesia-corn"! I also like the way the light plays off of his feathers and mane!

Whoa! I didn't see that delicate fairy in the thumbnail! What a lovely touch. She is so diaphanous. The framing with the trees is very classic. I also like the textures and the expression on his face (not sure if he is a "he," but to me he looks like a him). You know, if I were to suggest one thing as a change, it would be to lose the lens flare (or whatever that colored light circle is). This is so strong you don't need a gimmick like that. Finally, I really like the gray textures and slightly huskier body! It's so refreshing to see a unicorn that's not a slender, magical white. Well done!
