Description
one of the sisters called because she had collapsed on the bedroom floor and could not get up. myself and another man managed to force the door open. about the same time an ambulance showed up. they took her to the hospital even though she did not want to. I insisted that they take her. anyway I sit in the hospital lobby on furniture not to my liking. my knee started bothering me. I went outside to the 4Runner to sit in it.
the doctor wanted her to spend the night there for more tests. the doctor discovered that she was taking way to many different medicines for her heart. another doctor prescribed her so many and her family doctor never said anything about the excess medicines. the heart doctor from the hospital prescribed 2 heart medicines. she has had episodes before

"nothing tastes good" is the danger phrase I know. "As long as crystal, case and crown are intact" is the one for this building.

That sure is a lot of windows. I like the man on the ladder working on the ceiling... good action shot, Richard! :)
I hope your friend is ok. Too many meds is just as bad as too few.

Richard, thanks for sharing this cool capturer. I'll be sure to put your friend in my prayers, and I'm so glad she had a friend like you to be there for her. I've went through much the same thing with my Mom, and you are right about the doctors sometimes prescribing too much medication sometimes.

bows again for helping others in need...I hope that woman gets better, now that her meds are being balanced. (I know how that can effect someone---I've seen it in my family.) Hope your knees are better too!
Re this photo: Here we get to see the real color differences: The eaves on every floor are beautiful silver, with pinks and light earth tones. They give a whole other hue to this sea-blue facade. And, in this closeness, this looks like a slew of layers piled on top of each other! Plus we get to see the tall interior (near bottom)...and I'm with Barb on the guy at the bottom---the dude fixing the ceiling, on the ladder? Wouldn't it be something if he were actually holding this building up??? He goes home at 4, and--boom! The layers fall all over the ground (kerplunk!), and people inside yell, "hey! come BACK here!!!" I love that you've given so many views of this box-breaking building...I imagine Dallas has been talking about it, as always happens when buildings like this are plopped in the middle of a huge boxy city...

You are such a good guy, Richard! We need more folks like you in this world..
Yeah, that definitely wouldn't be the job for anyone with a fear of heights! I just feel bad for the guy that has to polish that crown.. Great shot!!

I don't let the dentist give me pain killers, I transcend dental medication.
A little spiritual humor. Well they say laughter is the medicine. I don't know who "They" are. Just wondering if I could get insurance to reimburse me for these jokes and get a tax credit on the deductables.
My watch helped pay for that building.
