In the 1960s the Russians had a secret program to land a cosmonaut on the moon. Problems with project and the subsequent success of the American Apollo program resulted in abandonment of the Russian Program. This series of renderings examines what might have been. Using the landing stage as a launch platform, the ascent stage of the LK lifts off the lunar surface. This is the same render as my previous image but has been post-processed with Luce from Amico Perry The lander is my LK figure and the rocket exhaust is one of Jepe's FlameZ from DAZ. The flag is my freebie and the moon is Moonscapes, also from DAZ, with footprints added from a NASA photo. The sky is modified from Flink's Stars.
