not really. Utah has many springs and always lots of snow melt. when I was in a park, the Park Ranger warned people walking up a stream should be mindful that the creek can become a raging river from rain miles away. very few places to get out

amazing sight, but also an amazing shot. The bleached light gray trees are like fleece, and they defy clarity because they have so much light gray iin them (which blends into a kind of 'morass' of light gray). But in zoom, you have clarity all the same, making them like trees with ice or snow on them---even though we can see there's no ice or snow anywhere here. Amazing texture. Your pov lets the stream balance out that 'fleece', and the mountains at top frame the shot perfectly. (And they add some warm color to this amazingly gray-beige scene.) Very sensitive work. Another of your shots I don't want to leave...
