Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea is an American television series in 110 episodes of 48 minutes, created by Irwin Allen and broadcast from September 14, 1964 to March 31, 1968 on the ABC network. :)

Love Richard Basehart actor in this :)

I's all in it: beams cutting through the depth of sea, tentacles and a small escape pod. Well done 🐟

Oh, that reminds me a little of Cthulu, the old god who wakes up in his underwater town of R'lyeh and has no good intentions. maybe it's not Chutulu, but it still reminds me a lot of him (he looks cruel but similar). I love it.

OHHH YEAH! I think I watched every episode! The thing I remember most is how the control console was always blowing up and showring sparks everywhere - the after the commercial, everything was fixed and back to normal. LOL

What a great image, Steve, and a great tribute to a fun show! (back when TV was actually worth watching)

Seaview, actor commander was Richard Basehart, his second in command was actor David Hedison. Used to have a cool seaview as a kid.
