The pic I took of this gentleman was blurred as it was so cold when I took it, so only got dogs. Taking Truly & Otis outside yesterday at Crufts I came across this fella with two dogs, they looked like pit bulls. He was chatting to people & the dogs were so good. I got the chance to speak to him & he said he had rescued one of the dogs from France, I asked did he have to speak French to him & he replied "Only when the dog was naughty" He was asking about the dogs inside Crufts, all the while his dogs were fine, all warm in their coats. I asked if I could take a pic of them & he seemed very happy that I wanted too. One of the dogs was called Chump. It was very cold & I told him my hand was shaking through being cold outside & he said he had slept out the previous night. As you can see in the pic, he had all his worldly goods on his back. I had a couple of bags of dog treats on me & asked if the dogs could have them & he was so pleased. He was so nice & I just wished I had gone back inside & got him a coffee & a sandwich & more treats for the dogs. Hearing some of the stories about dogs at Crufts over the weekend, I was so pleased to meet him & his lovely, well behaved dogs. Thanks for the lovely comments, so appreciated. x
