Note: I am playing the mad scientist.
Jianyu revealed to Mera, after a few such days, that the receptionist is starting to appreciate her volunteering effort; that is really helping her in avoiding rudeness of some impatient patients. If a patient starts to complain to Mera, just tell the patient that she will mention to the hospital authorities about things that need to be improved. That will reduce aggressivity of some patients.
My Comment
It seems that major aggressivity by patients or their relatives in hospitals (murder) is a serious problem in China.

Merci pour cette belle dédicasse pour notre chère Mo, il me remonte und peu le moral, bien qu'elle et son mari sont pour le moment dans une situation vraiment pas drole (elle appelle ca l'effet JOJO dans son mail de hier). J'espère trés fort que leur santé va s'améliorer d'ici peu et qu'il vont retrouver le moral et le sourrire! Amicalement à toi, Ute

Heureusement depuis cette date, les choses ce sont améliorés, merci à toi MarcoPoser et à tous ceux qui m'ont soutenue pendant cette succession d'épreuves
