in this closeup, we get to see the details---I think a lot of people (me included) overlook the details on small flowers: We figure, they're 'small'. so what could they offer compared to larger flowers...but close up, they're as rich as their big brothers and sisters. Here we see the bright yellow stamens, and the veins on each petal, and the deeper purples morphing into lighter blues. A very sweet capture. And the buds (they're small but they're there) are like little seeds on a string!
