A moving message
New year resolution 2023: I have been a member of this site for about 10 years, but now I feel it is time to move to a site with more traffic and interest.
I still will occasionally pass by, but any request or comment that needs answering may take a loooooong time.
Should you not have noticed during the last two years my main account now can be found here: https://www.deviantart.com/maruberlin
And yes, there is quite a good chance that there are renders of mine containing nudity on that site.

Very nice image for rendering lighting and composition, I really like the group of dwarves as you composed it for poses and expressions.

Gorgeous !!!

Excellent grouping! These renders are very tricky to do because you need to make each member of the group an individual while still clearly belonging together. You accomplished this and then some. Very amusing scenario, and great work with the dwarfs.

Some of my favourite scenes in the the Hobbit movies are when all the dwarves show up to Bilbo's house. Even though these dudes are in a tavern, it reminds me so much of that. Fantastic composition, really natural poses and expression. I can hear them singing! :)

"Far over the misty mountains cold. To dungeons deep, and caverns old. We must away,'ere break of day. To find our long forgotten gold. The pines were roaring on the height. The winds were moaning in the night..."
This is outstanding, good sir! That guy in back is definitely Balin.... What a wonderful job on this!

Since this is the second time the song comes up: I really love that piece with or without the film, but as long as there is no banging together of at least two pieces of metal and/or stones it is not Dvarven music (see it as an early form of hihi Heavy Metal).

Far Over The Misty Mountains Cold
Far over the Misty Mountains cold, To dungeons deep and caverns old, We must away, ere break of day, To seek our pale enchanted gold.
The dwarves of yore made mighty spells, While hammers fell like ringing bells, In places deep, where dark things sleep, In hollow halls beneath the fells.
For ancient king and elvish lord There many a gleaming golden hoard They shaped and wrought, and light they caught, To hide in gems on hilt of sword.
On silver necklaces they strung The flowering stars, on crowns they hung The dragon-fire, on twisted wire They meshed the light of moon and sun.
Far over the Misty Mountains cold, To dungeons deep and caverns old, We must away, ere break of day, To claim our long-forgotten gold.

"Chip the glasses and crack the plates! Blunt the knives and bent the forks! That's what Bilbo Baggins hates- Smash the bottles and burn the corks! Cut the cloth and tread on the fat! Pour the milk on the pantry floor! Leave the bones on the bedroom mat! Splash the wine on every door! Dump the crocks in a boiling bowl; Pound them up with a thumping pole; And when you've finished, if any are whole, Send them down the hall to roll! That's what Bilbo Baggins hates! So carefully, carefully with the plates!"
