You've really been exploring the inner life of trees in your gallery. Amazing beasts, and you caught an overview shot, then a closeup. The top shot is all about tangles and overlays...amazing cascades of wood, and how the branches just spill over each other, like lava. And the bottom shot shows the 'caverns' these trees create---you cropped it perfectly. In fact, all these tree shots were cropped to bring out the lower portions, and let them stand on their own. The 2d shot is like a cave behind waterfalls...Your years of shooting and studying trees are in all these posts: You're connecting with them as one who knows them intimately. Beautifully cropped and handled. A cascade of opulent tree-dom...
