Description
"Well the good news is we are in time for hot dogs, but too early to ride the cyclone, that won't be built until 1927." Dariel said.
"That's okay, Marcello is too small anyway," Jake remarked. He wondered why they were getting stares, their swim suits were appropriate to the era. It had to be the fairy dragon making a scene.
"Get away you furry little chaos beast, the place in Marcello's heart has been filled, no vacancies."
Definitely the fairy dragon.
(I figured we could all use a little fun.)

very funny piece, and a real array of characters in many different poses and attitudes, with a generous amount of shadow and all kinds of fascinating details and choices. You mix old and new here, and the man on the right looks like he stepped out of a 19th C. circus, which adds to the bizarre and fun little car with the robot and child, and cat, etc. The people on the left stepped in out of another age, it seems (closer to the present), and you show a sense of the variety of characters. I love their varying outfits. You create very complex social scenes, and this is an example of how much you bring into them...
