Me I tried to this on my big desktop it just did not like all the mirrors so to my laptop
Now it is an I9 with 32 Gb ram and 5 Gb of video board so it is not a slow machine.... set this up at IRAY render of 4 and sat down.... two hours later a quikie look at the sceen and the render guide line still no where to be seen Do you ever think about going away for a week and then looking again...
So droped the render set down to one it still took just under four hours... I have found out that mirrors did IRAY and loads of time... By the way my hair is going grey nothing to do with age.. must be these computers

Hey - this is really nice! Great light and reflections of the girls here.
Yeah, those big iRay renders are enough to turn your hair gray (or pull it out... just look at me... LOL). My DS machine is a beast with an RTX2080ti 11GB card, and it's pretty quick. But larger renders with several figures - especially with a few emissives (which I love using) can still take a while. With accurate, real-world lighting there's a LOT of numbers to crunch.

This is not a past time any longer it is work and yet more work I have found out that many years ago when I did video work I used a 486 machine.... it had a Miro DC 30 render card.. I had to come home from the Wedding sit up for a few hours putting the footage on to the hard drive which was a network set up.. then go to bed... sometime on Sunday it would finish up... I thought those days were gone Now days I find that a single HQ frame can take anything up to 4 hours to render Like my desk top dose like Dforce so if I use a lower render I can render the same frame in a few mins but forget about Mirrors
