Description
Instead of the old line "All Hands on Deck," consider that there are many different types of hands with different strengths and weaknesses. In hard times, we don't just need 1 type of hand with 1 type of strength. All Kinds of Hands can contribute in their own way. Paraphrasing a line I have seen: "A society that lacks diversity also lacks the ability to handle diverse threats."
