Description

As ALWAYS, thank you SO much for stopping by to share my visions! Your thoughts and favs truly mean the world to me!! But if it weren't for nonsense, I'd have no sense at all!! RodS, this is all your fault!! The Flying Monkeys (the Unofficial State Bird of Kansas) were indeed fitted with transponders, responders, bi-directional, mono-directional, tri-dimensional and plain old sponders, all in Black Box High Vis Orange. Sadly, these high-tech bits of equipment were given to Monkeys. Monkeys who groom one another and remove foreign items, like ticks, sticks, leaves and any sort of ‘sponder. And these high-techs do-dads crunch so nicely!!! The tiny wires floss their teeth! As for a monkey and a subscription…. They’ve already pooled their meager minion resources and subscribed to Play Monkey and the Union sponsored Monkey Minions Quarterly. They don’t see the need to subscribe to anything else… just because they fly, doesn’t mean they need lots of “reading material” on the floor! No Pixels were harmed in the making of this image, unless you count Reds who were soundly beaten by the Blues, Greens and Blacks for their continued refusal to participate in the average render. Ma Genta has issued stern instructions to all pixels that the continued Red behaviour will NOT be tolerated. St Pixel’s General Hospital, Morgue and Dive Bar is taking bids to open a new trauma ward. They all look devious! I hope they don't land on wires and start eyeing the transformers for snacking! They would be in for a shock! I am quite impressed that the 'sponders came apart so well for this render, and in lovely colors, too!

Great humor again, donnena! Love the monkeys and their antics. Transponders are on alert! Flying monkeys in the area! Proceed beeping at your own risk! LOL! Excellent image and fine banter! Love it! Many fine kudos, Andy! Way to go! And many thanks for it tip on the character I asked about. It proved to be most fruitful! See future image by me.

Monkeeeeeeez! (Haven't you always wanted a monkey? Why yes, yes I have!) Yummy 'sponders! Far more colorful than the average fare from a monkey fur buffet, but a bit less tasty and with a metallic aftertaste. Great, now my Silverkey Monkeys want to know why they don't have wings...

There's a reason Wicked of the West chose Monkeys!!

Reminded me of a scene from a zoo I visited years ago! Of course, no wings! Cute! Excellent work!

The flying monkeys are on a role, up to their best monkey busines... 🐒

Good to hear Ma Genta has things under control. She should call herself the head pixel of law and pixel order... 😈

Yikes! I thought this was a Flying Monkey gang rape! Anyway, as I always say, once you've sponded, why spond again?

🤣😄😆

Oh, sure, blame me.... LOL I just knew those monkeys were up to no good... Let's just see how well they fare when getting sucked into the intake of a 747 engine, or defoliated by flying to close to one of SpaceX's Falcon rockets! Hah....

I never thought all those little gadgets and doo-dads were all that tasty - not that I made a habit of putting those in my mouth mind you...

But.... Before I paint myself into an inescapable corner here, I'm gonna strap on my Mandalorian rocket pack and do a bit of flying myself.... Those apes won't have a chance!

And once Kinnie gets her hands on those red pixels.... oh, things are gonna get interesting! LOL

This is delightful, Andy! Thanks for the chuckles - I needed some tonight!

love the image, and love Rod's response. I love how the monkeys have bits of wires and cabling as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. The few on the ground look like electrical scorpions! Also, a really dramatic composition---the kneeling monkey is the 'center', and the others congregate around him. The monkey looking at us (forgive me for not knowing which one is named which), is a perfect 'peak' for your image, and all 4 make a really good 'circle'. Really well designed. And the wings balance out all your space. Delightful. I wish all my cables were as artistic as these are! (Mine look like a gigantic spaghetti-monster took over my floor...I used to have hardware mixers and sound processors, and it looked like my living room was taken over by a gigantic linguine squid...)
