Description
As ALWAYS, thank you SO much for stopping by to share my visions! Your thoughts and favs truly mean the world to me!!
But if it weren't for nonsense, I'd have no sense at all!!
The Flying Monkeys (the Unofficial State Bird of Kansas) were left unsupervised for an extended period of time, during which they discovered a money making opportunity they could carry out whilst the Wicket Which was otherwise occupied. Yes, Muse Retrieval.
If your Muse is small, comely, unlikely to be combative, and not too far away the FMMR can accommodate you for a measly 5 USD.
If your Muse is larger, not bad looking, only mildly uncooperative and is only a little peeved at you, and no more than 25 miles away, the price is 10 USD
If your Muse is larger still, violent, Far far away and unwilling to return, the price starts at 20 USD and goes up from there based on the number of wounds inflicted.
If your muse is green with a long sharp nose and is prone to wearing pointy hats, or is Tiny and Magenta, with a loosely organized, but tiny, crime syndicate, there is no such thing as the Flying Monkey Muse Retrieval Service.
No pixels were harmed in the making of this image. The reds continue to put in an anemic performance. Ma Genta is attempting to convince the FMMRS to take on a special project, but they are all terrified of her. St. Pixel announces it is “Very Close” to a "vaccine", but won’t say what it cures. No one is willing to question Pixels in White Coats.

I think my muse looks a lot like Enaela since there is so much purple in my textures :D That is a great service even if they don't deliver in my area!

Incredible group of characters on this great scene.

Well.... My Muse seems to be making a comeback, so these guys can probably get away with sleeping in an extra hour or two.... It's probably a good thing for them, and a BIG relief for me, as I'd probably had to fork over a serious amount of $$$$$.
You see, my Muse can be one of those somewhere between the second and third categories.. I.E. if awakened too abruptly, or interrupted while watching the 'Shades of Grey' trilogy, she can get a little testy. She has been known to kick those unfortunate souls rather smartly in a place where most (guys) would rather not be kicked.
A most fun and delightful scene here, Andy! Always a treat, and always brings a smile.
Just be sure to tell those flying monkeys to be on the watch for my 6 errant brain cells. I'll pay handsomely to get them back.. 😉😆

Looks like the big guy's checking to make sure, "'Dis is da muse you wanted, yeah?" The little muse is well-armed, but I guess she knows when you're dangling from a gorilla's paw, resistance is futile :-) Fantastically imaginative scene!

You have a knack for funny storytelling! Thanks for the giggles... I really needed it Love your art posts, you are amazing!!

The main monkey is surrounded by muses apparently, and the one he's holding may not be way thrilled about the way he's holding her, but maybe it'll result in a job for her, (or a retrieval)...You handle all the angles really well---lots of different positions here---and the little muse on his shoulder is feisty and almost daring, and the circus barker pose of the main monkey fits him perfectly. The other monkey's sitting on a---what---jet propulsion something-or-other? (I'm not too up on these things, bear with me), and he looks bemused and maybe a little curious about it all. Real contrast in your characters. Great detail in the armor, etc, and a great blue-banded hat on the main dude (with green eyes!) (The upside down lady I think would like to be right-side-up; and if I were him, I'd think seriously about it, as she's got some blades that might be a weeeeee bit sticky if she decides to use them, lol.) More very imaginative work from you.

Excellent

I wonder if the flying monkeys take bit coin?
Another pixelicious rumor going through the pixel underground, is that some rogue red pixels have been seen forming strange circle patterns around St Pixels. Are they a shield againts attack, or a welcome mat for red pixel pain? I hope Ma Genta is keeping an eye on things...

Great stuff reminds of the wizard of Oz !
