this most recent series of uploads have been a real treat. I love your pieces where parts of the portrait are finished, intensely; while others are merely sketched-in. You've attacked with your pencil where intensity was needed here (the eyes, the shadow around the nose and lips, portions of her hair, etc), while, in other spots, you let the paper talk. And your bare lines capture the contours of her hair, or the squiggle for her arm pit, etc. Intense and declaratively open, even naked, I really like this. Plus you use hatching liberally in some spots---witness her cheek---while letting other spots just go bare...you did very intense work with pencil and oil pastels...
